Staff Bios:Larry Laveman, LCSW, BCD - Chief Clinical DirectorLarry, a licensed clinical social worker, earned his Masters from Adelphi University and has been with Harmonium since 1980. In his private practice, he works primarily with adults and couples, and at Harmonium he ensures that all facets of the counseling department work together to produce a quality product for the people we serve. Larry has published four models of psychotherapy in professional journals. In 2006, Larry also wrote his first book now in publication titled, Mysticism & Modern Life: Ancient Wisdom for Personal Growth. Tracy Wutzke, Psy.D - Program Director Dr. Wutzke is a licensed psychologist who holds a Psy.D in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology (currently Alliant International University). Her dissertation focused on identifying factors contributing to resiliency in siblings of children battling chronic illness. Tracy has 16 years counseling experience and has been with Harmonium for over 13 years. Her areas of specialization include counseling adolescents and their families, women, and couples dealing with such issues as depression, anxiety, relationship violence, and chronic physical illness. Dr. Wutzke is the Mental Health Consultant for 27 schools in the San Diego Unified School District for their Early Mental Health Initiative Program. For the past 4 years, Dr. Wutzke has regularly appeared on KUSI as their relationship expert. Additionally, she has appeared on KTLA’s Morning Show, the CW’s San Diego Living show and various FOX interviews. Bill Grove, MFT - Clinical Supervisor & Project Director (Mira Mesa) and AAMFT-approved Supervisor (American Assn. of Marriage & Family Therapists) Bill joined Harmonium in 1985 as a licensed marriage and family therapist. Previously, he worked with adolescents at Vista Hill and Southwood Hospitals. His desire to work with adolescents drew him to Harmonium, since the agency serves family and youth. Bill holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Diego and a Masters in Counselor Education from San Diego State. Michelle Zeidler, MSW - Director, East County Juvenile Diversion Program Michelle obtained her Masters in Social Work Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She has worked with at-risk youth since 1997 and came to Harmonium in 2002. She became the East County Project Director in 2003. Her area of expertise includes working within the community and schools to build stronger, healthier communities for the youth and families Harmonium serves. |

| Eco-Eventerprise Gains Local Notoriety |

The San Diego community continues to support the achievements of the 10 teens that created the art recycling company "Eco-Eventerprise". The business, which makes centerpieces and other event decorations made of recycled materials will compete in Washington D.C. for Junior Achievement's "Company of the Year." They will be the only team from California and the West Coast at the July event. |
