Harmonium provides services in almost every San Diego community from San Ysidro to Del Mar and East County at approximately 100 sites and by over 700 employees. Harmonium's core business is the operation of after school and childcare programs, youth enrichment programs and the San Diego Regional Teen Center (Epicentre), counseling and parent to parent services. While some of our programs are funded by contracts with school districts, city, county and state governments, others are fee based at affordable rates.

We understand that you as a donor want to know that your contribution will provide additional support to the capacity of Harmonium and our sites to enrich existing program services, help us expand service & outreach capabilities, implement new innovative & customized programs, and other activities that reach those in need in San Diego.  We are proud to say that 90% of our operating budget goes directly to our programs that promote the well-being of over 30,000 individuals and families in San Diego communities each year.

Harmonium's Klassic Kids Program Administrator, Heidi Sorour, inspired the programs at our Klassic Kids sites to participate in SOLES FOR SOULS. This was a donation campaign that collected gently used shoes of all sizes to be sent to the people of Haiti who lost so much after the disastrous earthquake in January.

Gage Elementary School Klassic Kids has started their own play restaurant, "Sky Bucks".
